At Seattle Therapy Network, we are committed to providing you with the best possible care and we are pleased to discuss the referral process with you. Please give the clinic a call at 206-763-0352 so we can discuss your particular concerns. When you call we are happy to discuss our professional fees, schedules and answer any questions you have.
Your clear understanding of our financial policy is important to our professional relationship. Giant Steps Children’s Therapy and Relax Therapy have independent financial policies. Please ask if you have any questions about our fees, financial policy, or your responsibility. We strive to serve all families on the economic spectrum.

Insurance is a contract between you and your insurance company. As a courtesy to you, we inquire about your benefits and are not responsible if the actual payment is different than the benefits originally quoted. We will not become involved in disputes between you and your insurance company regarding plan benefits, deductibles, co-payments, co-insurances, covered charges, coordination of benefits, "usual and customary" charges, etc., other than to supply factual information as necessary. Please review our full financial policies in your intake paperwork packet.
We are contracted providers for many insurance companies and submit claims on your behalf. Giant Steps Children's Therapy and Relax Therapy are autonomous businesses and will bill your carrier independently.

Please notify our offices 24 hours in advance if you must cancel. For sessions canceled with less than 24-hour notice, a cancellation fee may be charged. If a session is canceled with more than 24 hours notice, there is no charge for a cancellation. A failure to attend three consecutive session may result in termination of services. “No-shows and late cancellations (same day as therapy) adversely affect therapy and are costly.

The snow day policy is as follows: the clinic is open except in cases of severe weather conditions requiring businesses to close. Please call the clinic to determine whether changes in the scheduled time of treatment are needed and if the opening of the clinic has been delayed. Families may cancel treatment if they do not wish to travel because of poor road conditions.

Federal regulations require that health care providers describe for clients the circumstances in which therapy and medical information may be used and disclosed, and how you can access this information.
